My order is missing items!Updated 10 months ago

Although rare, occasionally we may have to short pack your order if we have sold out of a particular product.

In such a case, you will receive advance communication via email and we will process a refund for the item(s) when shipping your order (refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account).

If you believe a refund has not been issued, please contact customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • A list of the missing item(s)

And we will do everything we can to help.
